I placed an online order in the evening on 26th Dec. (they're closed for the holiday) for delivery at 9-11 a.m. on the 27th. (they're open at 10a.m.). They processed the order and had it delivered on time to my holiday gift recipient! The online order option is such a wonderful feature as i could order from the other side of the country.

Clean store with a variety of alcoholic products. Very open concept and friendly sales staff who will approach you to ask if you’re looking for anything. They have a small section for international drinks. Each wine section is laid out by region and the hard liquor is on the wall to the left. Cold drinks in the back. Plenty of parking due to location being in the Clayton Park Shopping Plaza. Ramp available for those with mobility issues.

Myra was a joy to deal with. Introduced us to numerous whiskys that we had never tried before. We bought a few and we received a "Seniors Discount". Came back later in the day and other employees frustrated us with erroneous information on the discount applying to an advent calendar.... Ruined an otherwise great experience.

As I attempted to enter this store for the first time I was told by security I was not allowed in the store with a backpack on and it was to be left up front, unattended. While I understand the store has likely had issues with theft and respect that they are attempting to deal with this issue, treating the general public like they are thieves is not the way to go. Unfortunately, I was traveling by foot and my bag contained valuables I simply did not want to leave unattended. The store wouldn't have compensated me if my bag was stolen so I left. I'm sure the store is as great as people suggest it is but this generalized business practice is ridiculous. A simple bag check upon exit would suffice. This I would be comfortable with knowing my valuables remain safe in my possession while completing my purchases.

Staff are very friendly. We try to shop here to buy local, and we choose local brands there also. I like that they have a good selection of Scotch and lots of decent wine as well. They take covid very seriously, good to see!

Told the lady with tattoos tonight that i really liked her earrings! she rolled her eyes at me and just said “ID please”… yikes :( i really dont feel like i deserved to be spoken to like that. we all have bad days but the attitude felt so unnecessary and purposely mean.

Love this store. Great selection of local coolers and spirits. Contributing to such a high rating is the simple fact it's open when the NSLC is closed and this has been helpful on several occassions. Staff were friendly and helpful for finding what we were looking for. ♡
